My Approach and Philosophy
I’m Olivia, a dedicated sleep consultant and mum of one (soon to be two!) girls.
My journey into sleep consulting began when I faced challenges with my daughter’s sleep. This experience ignited my passion for promoting healthy sleep habits for babies and children, and supporting parental mental health.

I firmly believe that all families have the right to a good night’s sleep. Sleep deprivation can profoundly impact our lives, affecting how we feel about ourselves and our roles as parents.
I am fully qualified, certified and have undergone extensive training to provide you with the best support possible.
In today’s world, there’s an overwhelming amount of information about sleep, making it easy to feel lost. By working with me you can block out the noise and focus on holistic solutions that are suited to your baby and your family.
